Penn’s Landing will host the Philadelphia’s Tri-State Labor Parade and AFL-CIO Family Festival on September 5th kicking off with a parade at 9:30 a.m., followed by a festival from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. The festival features music from Urban Guerilla and will have plenty of food and fun for the whole family.
